Kurt Max Runte Plays Ed Smith
Kurt Max Runte is a dedicated Canadian film enthusiast and has appeared in variety of roles across the country. Recently nominated for a LEO award for his lead work in Damn Vignale's "Little War". Kurt has also appeared in Anthony Couture's "Red Deer", Ryan Bonder's "Daydrift", and Mark Sawyer's 1998 production, "Shoes Off", a film which went on to win the Best Short Film Award at the Cannes Film Festival.
Kurt's numerous TV credits include the Canadian Series "Da Vinci's Inquest", "Cold Squad" and "Tom Stone", as well as the feature films "The Perfect Score" and "X-Men II". Kurt holds a BFA in Theatre from the University of Victoria.
